DALLAS, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) announced today that the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, has selected Tyler's CLT division to provide property assessment software and services totaling approximately $3.1 million US ($3.6 million Canadian). Tyler's CLT division will provide several modules of iasWorld, Tyler's integrated assessment and tax software solution, along with professional services, including implementation and support. The Province of Nova Scotia has worked with Tyler's CLT division for nearly 15 years, employing previous versions of the division's software solutions. During the past two years, the Province engaged with the division to incorporate modules from the iasWorld tool set before taking the next step of choosing a total integrated solution. Tyler's iasWorld is a Web-based, n-tiered system that utilizes leading- edge technologies. With this agreement, the Assessment Services office of the Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Department will implement modules for computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA), assessment administration, inquiry and appeals tracking, as well as the iMaintain module providing Web- based data maintenance functionality.
