Clay County Becomes Tyler's Fifth Odyssey Client in Florida DALLAS, June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) announced today that it has signed a contract with Clay County, Florida, for Tyler's Odyssey Courts software. The contract is valued at approximately $1.1 million and includes software licenses, professional services and maintenance and support. Odyssey is Tyler's new generation Web-based court case management solution for the state and local government market. Clay County will implement the Odyssey case management software to manage its civil and traffic courts. The system includes electronic document management for all court documents filed in these cases, judicial assignment and scheduling, and management and assessment of court fines and fees. Clay County becomes the fifth Florida county to adopt Tyler's Odyssey software, joining Lee, Monroe, and Manatee counties, as well as Miami-Dade, which is the state's largest county. Clay County has a population of approximately 141,000 and is located on the banks of the majestic St. Johns River in northeast Florida. It includes the municipalities of Green Cove Springs (seat of the county's government) and Orange Park (adjacent to Jacksonville).
