DALLAS, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) announced today that Fulton County, Georgia, has selected Tyler's CLT division to perform a full reappraisal of the county's more than 25,000 commercial, industrial and public utility properties. The value of the appraisal services contract is approximately $4 million. The scope of services to be provided by Tyler includes a reappraisal of all real property classified as commercial and industrial, including a 100% inspection of land and buildings and appraisal work for new construction. The project will include the standard phases of sales verification, neighborhood delineation, land pricing, and review leading to a determination of fair market value for assessment purposes. Fulton County is also in the process of implementing iasWorld, Tyler's integrated assessment software system for comprehensive administration of assessment and tax functions, under a previous software and services contract.
