Dynacor Announces the Results of the Vote for the Election of
Directors
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2014) - Dynacor Gold
Mines Inc. ("Dynacor" or the "Corporation") (TSX:DNG)(OTC:DNGDF)
announces that, at the Annual Meeting of shareholders held on June
10, 2014, each of the 8 nominees listed in the Management Proxy
Circular dated May 8, 2014 were elected as directors of
Dynacor.
Based on the proxies received
and the votes on a show of hands, the following individuals were
elected as directors of Dynacor until the next annual shareholders'
meeting. Accordingly, the results are set out below:

M. Pierre Lépine on its board of directors. M. Lépine is Executive
Vice-President and co-founder of Group ABP one of Canada's leaders
in the event industry. He previously acted as Manager Private
Placement at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2006
to 2008 and was Vice-President Corporate Development at GL&V
Inc. from 1998 to 2005 where he was in charge of all mergers and
acquisitions activities. M. Lépine started his career at Price
Waterhouse where he spent 7 years from 1989 to 1996 and was
assistant VP Corporate Finance. He is a member of l'ordre des
comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

wishes to thank M. Robert Lapalme for his contribution to the
development of the Corporation as a director over the last four
years.
