Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba", "Ceiba Energy" or the "Company") (TSX
Venture:CEB), announces that Shankar Nandiwada, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
and Corporate Secretary, is resigning from his position as Corporate Secretary
and CFO, effective June 8th, 2014, for personal reasons. 


Ceiba has begun the process to identify and recruit a new CFO. Mr. Nandiwada
will remain in his current role to facilitate an orderly transition to a new
CFO. 


In making the announcement, Marvin Jones, Chairman of the Board, said: "Shankar
joined Ceiba at the outset of its transformational phase and has made solid
contributions to help evolve our business, execute our acquisition and complete
our financings. On behalf of Ceiba, I wish him all the best for the future."
