NEWPORT BEACH, CA, Aug. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Mr. Jeffrey Ciachurski announces that he has
acquired beneficial ownership and control of 1,789,200 common
shares (the "Common Shares") of Arrowhead Water Products
Ltd. (the "Company"), representing approximately 12.35% of
the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Mr.
Ciachurski now beneficially owns and controls a total of 1,789,200
Common Shares, or approximately 12.35% of the issued and
outstanding common shares of the Company.
Mr. Ciachurski acquired control of the Common
Shares for investment purposes and may acquire ownership of, or
control over, additional securities of the Company in the future.
No person is acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Ciachurski.
Mr. Ciachurski, the CEO of Greenbriar Capital Corp. (Symbol: GRB
on the TSXV) recently sold this March
2013, his former company, Western Wind Energy Corp for
$430 Million in cash to Brookfield
Renewable Energy Partners after having started Western Wind with
less than $1 Million in capital 10
years prior. This amounted to a Combined Annual Growth Rate of 60%
per year each and every year since 2002. Western Wind was
ranked No. 2 and No. 3 in 2010 and 2012 respectively as a TSX
Venture Exchange Top 50 listed company.
This was all accomplished during the most challenging financial
crisis. Notable accomplishments by Mr. Ciachurski are the recent
and ongoing ability to finance multi-hundred million dollar capital
projects without having to dilute shareholders by issuing any
corporate equity. These achievements are met by obtaining power
sales contracts with creditworthy utilities allowing the projects
to be financed using low cost non-recourse bank and institutional
debt. Mr. Ciachurski believes in a "shareholder first" philosophy
in all his business transactions
