HRR High Ridge Resources (Tier2)

High Ridge Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HRR)(FRANKFURT:HR2)
announces that the Company has granted incentive stock options to certain
directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase
950,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.35 per share for
a term of 5 years. The options shall vest immediately except for 350,000 options
which shall be subject to a vesting schedule (25% will vest immediately and then
25% will vest every six months). Common shares of the Company which may be
acquired upon exercise of the options shall be subject to a hold period which
will expire on September 29, 2008.
