"The weekly cycle shifted to positive on Friday's close and remains positive on
weekly closes above the 5- week modified moving average at 0.459, which keeps
the focus on the 50- weekly moving average at 0.658."


"Weekly supports are shown at 0.426 / 0.361 with quarterly resistances at 1.062
/ 1.131. The 200- day moving average provides resistance at 0.633."


In the most recent Fundamental Equity Report, dated December 11, 2007, the
analyst stated:


"Nayarit has published some very encouraging Phase One drill program results
recently, suggesting that there is high likelihood of eventually developing a
high-grade mining operation at its Minas de Animas location."


"Nayarit has a new management team that was brought in during summer and started

"The company has concession on more than 100,000 hectares of land in Mexico, at
