(“BioSyent”, “the Company”, TSX Venture: RX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable in Canadian Dollars on March 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2025. This first quarter 2025 dividend of $0.05 per common share represents an 11.1% increase from the fourth quarter 2024 dividend of $0.045 per common share. This dividend qualifies as an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
