TEG.H Troy Energy Corp

Troy Energy Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Troy") (NEX:TEG.H) announces that is
has acquired four Petroleum & Natural Gas Leases in Eastern Saskatchewan, north
of the Town of Pelly. The Leases were acquired via Crown Land sales for an
aggregate cost of $106,172.50 and cover an aggregate net acreage of 8,960 acres.
Subject to further diligence, acquisition of surface rights and financing, the
Corporation expects to conduct an exploratory drilling program under the Leases
in 2012.
