Twoco Petroleums Ltd. ("Twoco") (TSX VENTURE:TWO) is pleased to announce that
Duncan Moodie has been appointed to Twoco's board of directors. Mr. Moodie's
appointment is subject to review and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. 


For the past two years, Mr. Moodie has been a financial advisor to Trotter and
Morton Limited, a Calgary based construction company. For the previous four
years, Mr. Moodie was Chief Financial Officer of Petroflow Energy Ltd. Mr.
Moodie has over 35 years of business experience and is a Chartered Accountant,
having received that designation in 1981.
