Explanation of Responses:
(1) Represents securities acquired as a result of a dividend on the common stock effected on February 24, 2020.
(2) On March 29, 2020, Agentix Corp. ("Agentix") issued 767,000 shares of common stock to Grays Peak Ventures LLC in exchange and as compensation for Mr. Stevens serving and performing duties as a director of Agentix from June 10, 2019 to March 27, 2020. On March 5, 2020 the closing bid price of Agentix's shares of common stock on the OTC Pink tier of the OTC Markets was $1.02 per share, at a volume of 202 shares.
