LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2014) - SHOT Show (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show) - Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (OTC-PINK: BSTK) introduces a new separate catalog and product line for US and NATO Special Operations Groups at the SHOT Show.

The new Special Ops Catalog features the new line of APALS® variations that were developed directly from feedback from Tier One Special Operations teams. The new Spec Ops APALS® torpedo shaped Line Lights™ are designed to slip silently through the water. The two holes at each end are reinforced and can be tied onto a lanyard or line.

We introduced our Dual Tac® switch IR (infrared) APALS®, which have a secondary red LED that indicates if power is on to the main IR LED. This allows an operator to confirm the unit is operational without the use of NVGs (night vision goggles) in a pre-op equipment check.

"We also introduced our Spec Ops non IR visible spectrum light APALS®, which have our proprietary flat black LAT™ (Light Absorbing Technology) rather than the polished aluminum surface on standard APALS®," said Mr. Bushee.

APALS® have two strobe modes which make them much more effective as an identifier, can be turned on and off so they can be re-used, vs. a one-time use chemical light stick or other chemical based marking device.
