Verde Media Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VMGI) has announced it has signed an agency agreement with the non-profit group, International Avalanche Nest-Egg Inc. (IANe) Fund. VMGI will be handling all fund-raising, event-creation, and related marketing and awareness campaigns for the group, beginning with their first event at Nectar's Nightclub Bar and Restaurant in Burlington, Vermont on Friday, July 19 at 5 pm.

The primary mission of the International Avalanche Nest-Egg is to assist the children and families of avalanche victims with immediate and long-term financial needs associated with the death of a loved one. The long-term goal is to put these children through college and create financial stability in a time of need. The secondary mission is to increase avalanche awareness, and further support the responsible enjoyment of back country sports.

Elizabeth Lamphere founder and director of the International Avalanche Nest-Egg stated, "In the world of back country adventures accidents are unpredictable. Our non-profit serves as a financial cushion for families that are in need. Personally dealing with the loss of Ian and supporting our daughter Madelyn I am dealing with this first hand and we are committed to make a difference for anyone who goes through this."
