France's Capgemini SE (CAP.FR) said Tuesday that it has entered a multi-year agreement to enable the digital transformation of Oslo-based fertilizer company Yara International ASA (YAR.OS).

The computer-services and technology company said that the deal is valued in "tens of millions of euros."

The agreement contains a wide range of services, including the management of the entire SharePoint and SAP environment at Yara, Capgemini said.

Capgemini said it was selected by Yara after a competitive tender.
