been signed with ViTel Net (www.vitelnet.com). ViTel Net and its
founder Allen Izadpanah have occupied a significant position in the
telemedicine/telehealth space for the past two decades. ViTel Net
has been responsible for introducing and marketing numerous
telehealth technologies that we take for granted today.
ViTel Net's current focus on
commercial and government clients utilizing leading edge mobile
imaging and health data technologies provides a significant

health record for veterans. Dr. Kolodner received his A.B. from
Harvard, his M.D. from Yale, and completed his psychiatric
residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Kolodner is

Medical Informatics, and a Lifetime Fellow in the American
Psychiatric Association.
