--Spanish oil-and-gas company Repsol may this week announce the sale of its 20% stake in Gas Natural, Expansion reports.

--The best-placed contender to buy the stake--valued at approximately 4 billion euros ($4.9 billion)--is CVC Capital Partners, although Expansion reported on Tuesday that KKR & Co. is also interested.
