O2 SECURE WIRELESS INC. Announces the Hiring of National Sales Director, for Development of Educational Sector

St. Augustine, FL, January 29, 2013 – O2 Secure Wireless, INC. (Symbol: OTOW), a developer of domestic and international wireless Internet facilities and mobile Internet solutions, announces that it has hired Michael Barrett as the National Sales Director, Education, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Val Kazia.  He will be responsible for planning and executing the entire national business development strategy of the newly created education division.  Mr. Barrett has over 14 years of senior business development and consulting experience in the areas of customized wireless telecom solutions, technology integration for large private and governmental institutions, wireless networking, cellular tower acquisition and finance, and is also a veteran of the Iraq War. “Mike’s highly successful background with new technology product and service launches, and the high degree of management experience he brings made him the best candidate to lead the sales efforts in this new division,” shared Val Kazia, CEO of O2 Secure Wireless.  

This new growth area for O2 Secure Wireless will focus on helping private K-12 schools harness the educational power and cost efficiency that comes with utilizing a secure wireless network on campus, with a cost-effective Android tablet device for administrators, teachers and students.  “Most school systems have not yet discovered how to adopt this technology, and are having problems discovering how to integrate the technology into their current IT plans, or they just don’t believe they can afford the move to wireless and tablets now.” Mr. Kazia continues, “We intend to help schools with overcoming any of these perceived obstacles with a cost-effective, turn-key wireless and tablet solution that will provide schools a fast, easy and secure alternative to the pricier devices on the market.”

O2 Secure Wireless will initially focus its sales efforts in the Florida market, but has plans to quickly expand a sales force throughout the southeast and beyond. “I am very excited to join the team at O2 Secure Wireless.
