SIII Strategic Internet Investment (CE)

STRATEGIC INTERNET INVESTMENTS, INCORPORATED (OTCBB: SIII) ("SIII" or the "Company") wishes to inform shareholders and investors that Mr. Ralph Shearing, due to personal reasons, has resigned his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of SIII effective immediately. Mr. Shearing will retain a directors position with the Company.

Mr. Abbas Salih, CFO and Director of the Company, currently a resident of Dubai, UAE has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer vacated by Mr. Shearing.

SIII has determined that due to the above resignation it will be unable to effectively operate its head office from its current location and that it is in the best interest of the Company to move its corporate office from Vancouver, British Columbia to a jurisdiction outside of Canada, either Dubai, UAE or the USA. An announcement will be made on the final chosen destination of the Company's corporate office in the next several days and the move is expected to be completed within approximately one month.
