AJ Greentech Holdings Acquire 12% Equity of a Subsidiary of Taiwan Solar Energy Co., Ltd. and Will Jointly Build U.S. Electric Car Manufacturing Base and Solar Farms to Generate and Promote Green Energy and Renewable Energy Agriculture in the United States

(OTCQB: AJGH), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of green energy, announced today that it has acquired 12% equity share of Gao-Ping Solar, a subsidiary company of Taiwan Solar Energy Co., Ltd., a leading company in the field of Electric Car and Renewable Energy in Taiwan.

After the acquisition, AJ Greentech and Taiwan Solar Energy will jointly build U.S. electric car base and solar farms in the states of New York and Nevada. Both parties agree to encourage and promote cooperation in the field of IPP (independent power producer) projects for solar power generation. The two companies have also planned future project developments in EPC (engineer, procure, construct), O&M (operation and maintain), consultation offering, and related information exchange and expertise.
