Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 15, 2023 (Japanese Standard Time), Techpoint, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Broadvis Corporation (“the “Press Release”). A copy of the English translation of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
