Total Voting Rights

Catenae Innovation PLC (AIM: CTEA), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, announces that, in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company will have 213,524,043 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in issue on 2 July 2020. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The figure of 213,524,043 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.

In error, the Company announced on 26 June 2020 that its enlarged issued share capital would comprise 176,024,043 following the admission of 10,113,636 new ordinary shares on or around 2 July 2020. The enlarged issued share capital should have read 213,524,043.
