Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 10 November 2021 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) made the following transaction in the Company's shares:

       average price of GBP1.86 per Ordinary Share

Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 5,073,880 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.65 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
