U.S. Bank Agrees to Acquire Bento Technologies

U.S. Bank on Thursday said it agreed to acquire fintech company
Bento Technologies.
Known as Bento for Business, the fintech company offers payment
and expense management services to small and mid-sized businesses,
U.S. Bank said.
The company also said "Bento's accounts payable-based software
complements the bank's existing Elavon and talech accounts
receivable software solutions."
The deal is expected to close in September, U.S. Bank said.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
