(United Carpets", the "Group" or "Company")

Tender Offer update and De-Listing

Further to the announcement on 11 January 2021, the Company announces that a further 2,202,782 Ordinary Shares were tendered under the Tender Offer as of 3pm on 25 January 2021. The Ordinary Shares tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer will be purchased and cancelled. The Company has now received, in aggregate, valid tenders for a total of 24,650,630 Ordinary Shares under the Tender Offer.

Following the purchase and cancellation set out above, United Carpets will have 56,749,370 Ordinary Shares in issue. It is the Company's intention to deregister from the CREST system following the De-Listing.

De-Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares to be cancelled, and Cancellation will take effect at 8am 29 January 2021.
