Victoria Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: VOG), an extractor and
distributor of gas in Cameroon, announces that it has today
formally granted the following options over ordinary shares of
GBP0.005 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to three of the
directors of the Company. All the options have an exercise period
of 5 years from the date of grant and an exercise price of 14p.

Further, the Company has awarded bonuses to two members of staff
which will be settled through the issue of 2,325,301 Ordinary
Shares (Bonus Shares). Application has been made for the admission
of the Bonus Shares to trading on AIM (Admission). Admission is
expected to become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary
Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2021 .
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at the date of
Admission will be 259,392,519 with each share carrying the right to
one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights on
Admission will be 259,392,519.
On Admission, the above figure may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company, under the FCA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
