ZOO Digital Group plc, a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital distribution services to the global entertainment industry, announces that it was informed on 31 July 2019 that on that date Gillian Wilmot, Chairman of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 74 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Gillian's total beneficial holding (including 1,517 Ordinary Shares held by her husband) is 31,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
