Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Surface Transforms (AIM:SCE) announces that the Company has now posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 May 2019, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM").

However, the date and location of the AGM has changed from that previously announced on 9 September 2019 and will now be held on Tuesday 12 November 2019 at 3.30pm at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ.

This change does not affect the Capital Markets Day which will still start on Wednesday 30 October at 10.30am. Investors who have already made their travel plans to arrive for the 9.30am meeting are still welcome to attend at that time prior to commencement of the CMD.
