As per the Company's final results announcement published earlier today, the Board has declared a first interim dividend for the year ending 31 October 2020 of 5.5p per ordinary share.

The following dates will be applicable to the dividend:

Ex-dividend date - 27 February 2020

Record date - 28 February 2020

Payment date - 27 March 2020
