The Registrant is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2022 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period due to delays in compiling financial information required to be included in the Form 10-K.

 

The Registrant expects to file its Form 10-K within 15 calendar days from the prescribed due date.
