Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the exchange services group, announces that it has received notification that Glenn Collinson, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a total of 12,003 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of GBP5.12 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Collinson is now interested in 12,003 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
