Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that on 10
August 2022, Nick Prest CBE, Chairman of the Company, transferred
495,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ( Shares )
to his spouse for nil consideration.
As a result of the above transaction, the beneficial interest in
Shares of Nick and his PCAs is unchanged at 1,791,738 representing
4.35% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the
