Essentially Group PLC (AQSE: ESSN) is pleased to announce that the audited results for the period ended 31 December 2023 ("Final Results"), Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders. The Final Results, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are also available on the Company's website https://essentiallyplc.com/.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Essentially Juices Manufacturing LLC, Unit S06 & S07, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Al Khail Gate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and via digital conference call on 13 September 2024 at 12.00 noon (Dubai time)/9.00am (BST). Conference call details will be circulated in advance of the AGM.
