£60,000,000 Class A2 Floating Rate Bonds due 2037 (ISIN: XS0278327415)

presently outstanding

(the Class A2 Bondholders and the Class A2 Bonds respectively)

and the

£175,000,000 Class B 4.988 per cent. Bonds due 2037 (ISIN: XS0278326441)

presently outstanding

(the Class B Bondholders and the Class B Bonds respectively)

(the Class A1 Bonds, the Class A2 Bonds and the Class B Bonds together, the Bonds)

of the Issuer

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Classes of Bonds in accordance with Condition 14 (Notice to Bondholders) of the Bonds that, with effect from the date of this notice, the Borrower Quarterly Report and the Semi-Annual Report to be provided by the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Issuer/Borrower Loan Agreement dated 19 December 2006 (as the same may be amended from time to time) will be made available to Bondholders via a Meadowhall website, being https://meadowhall.co.uk/debt-investors-meadowhall-financing-plc. All previous reports and financial statements will also be available to the Bondholders on this same website.
