Aspire Defence Finance plc, the Issuer for the Allenby/Connaught Private Finance Initiative project, refers to the terms and conditions of the notes as set out in the Prospectus dated 31 March 2006 and GBP37.5m in an aggregate principal amount of the Series A Bonds (constituting Series A Rescue Variation Bonds) and GBP37.5m in an aggregate principal amount of Series B Bonds (constituting Series B Rescue Variation Bonds) issued, in each case, on 6 April 2006 (the Issue Date). On the Issue Date, Series A Rescue Variation Bonds and Series B Rescue Variation Bonds were purchased by the Issuer, and have been held since then by the bond custodian on behalf of the Issuer.

The Issuer announces that following the cancellation of the Series A and Series B Authority Variation Bonds in 2014 the Series A Rescue Variation Bonds and Series B Rescue Variation Bonds (i.e. GBP75m in aggregate principal amount of Bonds) have been cancelled.

Accordingly, no Variation Bonds remain in issue.
