The Directors of the Company announce that the four quarterly share conversion opportunities due to be offered to shareholders as at 31 March 2013, 30 June 2013, 30 September 2013 and 31 December 2013, will not take place.

This decision has been taken due to the ongoing orderly wind up of the Company.
