The Board of AfriOre was notified on the 10 August that Big 5 Akahona (Pty)
Limited has disposed of 56,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
$5.55 per common share. Following this sale Big 5 Akahona (Pty) has no
beneficial interest in the Company.


Furthermore, the Company was also notified on the same day that Akanani
Investment Corporation (Pty) Limited disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of $5.55 per common share. Following the sale Akanani
Investment Corporation (Pty) Limited holds a beneficial interest in 154,000
common shares representing 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued common stock.
