In accordance with Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989, I can confirm that the
company was today informed by Brockhampton Holdings Employee Share Ownership
Trust that on 11 February 2000 they disposed of 826 Ordinary Shares in
Brockhampton Holdings plc.  This leaves a total of 766,401 Ordinary Shares owned
by the Trust which represents 17.97% of the issued shares in that class.

The shares are registered in the name of Brockhampton Trustees Limited.
