Bionostics announces that 48,886 new Bionostics ordinary shares of 25p each 
(the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of 
share options.

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, 
Bionostics confirms that, following the registration of the allotment of the 
New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 50,460,080 ordinary shares of 25p 
each in issue under the ISIN code GB0008381823.
