Notification of major holdings
We refer to the Company's announcement made on 13 December
2023.
The Company has been informed that the Company's Group Trading
Director, Bobby Arora's beneficial shareholding in the Company via
SSA Investments S.ar.l. ("SSA") remains unchanged and the Placing
Shares involved in the placing undertaken by SSA were those held
ultimately for the benefit of its (indirect) shareholders Simon and
Robin Arora and do not include any related to its indirect
shareholder Bobby Arora.
The Company has now received the TR-1 notification below from
SSA which is being published by the Company in accordance with its
obligations under the Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
