    Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker


    Black Raven Properties plc (AIM: BRP), the property company focussed on Portugal, announces that it was notified on 24 September 2008 by
its nominated adviser and broker, Arden Partners plc ("Arden"), of Arden's intention to resign with effect from 27 October 2008. 

    Under the AIM Rules, the Company has one month after 27 October 2008 to appoint a replacement nominated adviser. If the Company fails to
appoint a new nominated adviser within this period, the AIM admission of its shares will be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange at 7.00
am on 27 November 2008.
