    China Biodiesel (AIM: CBI) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.30 am on Wednesday 4 June 2008 at
the offices of Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP, Minerva House, 5 Montague Close, London SE1 9BB.

    The notice of AGM along with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 has been posted to shareholders.
