                                Result of AGM



LONDON, June 7, 2007, Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. ("Clean Diesel" or "The
Company") (EBB: CDTI & AIM: CDT/CDTS & XETRA: CDI), an innovation leader for
clean energy and environmental technologies to reduce harmful engine emissions,
announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, June 7, 2007 all the
resolutions proposed were duly passed.



Speaking at the AGM, Dr Bernhard Steiner, President and CEO of Clean Diesel,
said: "2006 was a significant year for the Company.  We have accomplished what
we set out to achieve, signing a number of license agreements which have created
new routes to market.  We now have the partners in place to utilise the exciting
market opportunities ahead.  Clean Diesel reached an important milestone in the
first half of 2007, signing substantial licensing agreements with global
industry leaders, starting with Robert Bosch GmbH.  We are delighted with the
