Termination of Bergen Equity Arrangement

The Company and Bergen Global Opportunity Fund, LP ("Bergen") have agreed to terminate the Share Purchase and Convertible Securities Deed announced to the market on 9 December 2013 (the "Deed") and the Warrant Instrument referred to in the Deed, by mutual consent, and the Deed and Warrant Instrument have been so terminated.

The Company thanks Bergen for its flexibility.
