RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

DFS Furniture PLC (the "Company") announces that all of the resolutions set out in the notice of General Meeting dated 4 November 2022 were duly passed at today's General Meeting.

Details of the votes cast were as follows:

        and Peel Hunt in 
        respect of the monies 
        paid by the Company 
        to them in respect

        waive and release 
        any rights of the 
        Company to make claims 
        against the Relevant 
        Directors in respect 
        of each of the Relevant 
        Distributions, such
