The Company was notified on 21 February 2001 that Chargeurs UK Ltd has
purchased a further 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6p
per share bringing their total holding to 47,925,076 ordinary shares,
representing 74.09 per cent. of the issued share capital.
