Directorate change

DTZ Holdings plc announces that Mr CY Leung has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, and also as Chairman of DTZ in Asia Pacific.

Mr Leung will leave the Company to campaign for the election as the next Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The election will take place on 25 March 2012. Appropriate arrangements for the continuing effective direction of the Company's Asia Pacific region are already in place.

Mr Leung will step down from the DTZ Board with immediate effect. His resignation as Chairman of DTZ Asia Pacific will take effect at or before the end of January 2012.

Tim Melville-Ross, Chairman of DTZ, commented: "CY is an outstanding professional of global repute and has been at the centre of DTZ's success in building the strongest real estate advisory business in China, and in the development of our wider Asia Pacific region.
