Notice of Preliminary Results

HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd. (the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) specialty chemical company based in Shandong Province, China, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on Tuesday 31 May 2016. As indicated in the trading statement on 8 January 2016, the Company expects to report a moderate profit for its continuing operations for the full year 2015. Trading in the first four months of 2016 has been satisfactory, reflected in a sustained growth in modest profitability.
