Change of Directorship

Harvard is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Thompson, currently interim Finance Director, as Finance Director of the Company.

Robert Jan Thompson, aged 33, will join the Board of Harvard as Finance Director with immediate effect.

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed in relation to Mr. Thompson pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
