HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the
"Company"), a FTSE 250 investment company with global exposure to
private companies, managed by HarbourVest Partners, announces that,
pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the total number of Shares in issue as at 30
November 2023 was 77,683,508 Shares, with each Share carrying a
single voting right. The total number of voting rights in the
Company is, therefore, 77,683,508 and no Shares are held in
treasury.
The above figure (77,683,508) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
